8" NORPRO waffled loaf pans -- the best loaf pans I have ever used for daily bread baking.
They are narrow and make a nicely rounded loaf with a higher peak. I have used mine daily
for years and they are very sturdy and hold up to many baking days! I have not used any other
loaf pan for baking my daily bread since I found these years ago.
Comes in 2 other sizes 10" long and 12" long for a very long big family sized loaf.
For a regular batch of bread in the BOSCH mixer (6 cups of liquid in your recipe) you will need 5-6 of the 8" size pan depending on how your size your loaves; or 4 of the 10" size or 3 of the 12" size.

These loaf pans are made of steel and the nonstick coating is ILAG-NS-ILASLONAPTEF. We do not use Teflon.
So whatever that mouthful is? All I know is I just replaced mine after over 11 years of use baking our daily bread in them as they were looking pretty beat up - but no coating was coming off! -- they had been thru 1000's of uses and they do not chip and the coating does come off like regular non-stick stuff does.
